Embarking on my professional journey in 1988, I served various organisations until 2003, when I left the role of Finance Head at a leading Optical Fibre Cable manufacturer in India. My aspirations went beyond earning for myself. Driven by a passion for innovation and a dream of a larger goal - to "earn and employ" - I aimed to create an enterprise committed to delivering the best products, offering reliable services, and maintaining competitive pricing both nationally and globally.

From these ambitions, JRD was born - encapsulating the principle of JUST RIGHT DELIVERY. Taking the helm of a financially struggling unit, I transformed it into a prosperous enterprise that specialises in producing high-quality FRP and ARP rods, the essential strength member for Optical Fibre Cables.

Today, I proudly lead a dedicated team of over a hundred professionals. Together, we contribute to the development of a vast and comprehensive telecom network that is integral to a Digital India. My satisfaction springs from the profound realisation that, through our collective efforts, we are playing a significant role in shaping and advancing the digital future of our nation.

My dreams extend beyond our national boundaries. Fuelled by a desire to make a global impact, my team tirelessly strives to expand JRD's footprint in international markets. I firmly believe in our capability to set new industry standards worldwide and envision JRD as a globally recognized brand and a preferred supplier for premium FRP and ARP rods. This dream fuels our dedication and commitment to quality, as we endeavour to reach new heights, both at home and abroad.
